2. Wash and clean the marker using the gentlest means possible. We first use homemade natural cleaners and good old fashioned elbow grease. We try to avoid harsh chemicals, especially for granite and marble, as that can accelerate deterioration. We do not use pressure washers that eat away at the stones integrity.

3.  When we arrive, we will photograph the marker. When work is completed we will take another; both will be sent to you via email. This ensures no damage was done during restoration. Secondly, so you can take comfort in knowing your loved ones memorial is reconditioned with care.

4. A fresh flower will be left on behalf of the family or an American flag if a veteran after restoration. You can be certain that your loved one will get the space and respect they deserve.
